In an interesting pattern of releases, Lenin Rajendran's state award winning movie ‘Rathri Mazha’ is trying to get into theatres for this October 2nd.

The movie which was completed a year back, has received a number of awards in various sections. The movie even won the national award for choreography for its debut dance directors.

The other interesting factor of the movie's business is that it was released in Television, a couple of weeks ago during Onam season in Amritha TV. And with the movie getting some of the best TRP's in its televison premiere also with some good opinions, the trade is eager to know how much audience will be still left to watch the movie on theaters.

'Rathri Mazha' features Meera Jasmine, Manoj K Jayan and Vineeth in important roles.
